The hotel was very accessible to the water park which is were we were going for the weekend. The hotel was fairly old but well kept and the amenities were great.
The parking as noted above.
the location is excellent right next to the casino and the walkway to the water park is great, all indoor. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. The front desk service was prompt and cordial. We loved the courtyard, the children ran freely and played.
The rooms facing the courtyard are too noisy during the night. People coming and going through the night slamming doors. They should cushion the door frames somehow. The noise resonates thru out the courtyard rooms. Unable to get a good nights sleep. Love the hotel, would not recommend staying in a courtyard room. Outside facing rooms hopefully are quiet.
Location to the waterpark- courtyard movie was nice- quiet
Lack of parking- was not notified that our $9 per day was conditional on space available. Parking gargage across the street that took us 25 mins. to find our way out of to get to hotel in the freezing cold! Tv's are anchient looking and tiny. Staff must be used to complaints because they weren't very compassionate and somewhat sarcastic and apathetic! Will not stay again.
The assistance checking in and out - the person at the desk was well-trained and knowledgeable.
The only complaint I can make is that I didn't have a car but was charged for parking. Not a big issue as I simply called the billing number after I returned home and had it corrected.
I liked the proximity to the main area of Niagara.. walking distance to everything I wanted to do with my children. It was clean with very friendly staff at reception.
The fridge froze everything that was in it overnight, so the kids couldnt have water or juice when they woke up as it was ice ! The people above us were quiet noisy at 10.00 p.m.
Hotel is close to water park and the Clifton Hill locations
Our first room was located right next to the ice machine and beverages vending machines, so there was a lot of noise in the room. We asked if there was another, quieter room available and they indeed put us in a similar room with a lot less noise.
Close to eveything and very clean.
Friendly helpful staff, clean room, close to shopping, falls and casino.
Nice place to stay with family & friends. I will recommend the hotel & I will book my next trip Soon.
Nothing, our stay in the hotel was excellent
I will remember to ask for an upper room next time as there are a lot of kids at this hotel and they run around all the time, right above us. Otherwise, great.
Convenient location. Value for your money in comparison to other hotels in the area. Niagara falls is always an expensive place to visit!
Ichoose the Skyline Inn because I stayed there before. I liked the locations of the Inn.Clean room and comfortable stay.
Closeness to Casino Niagara. Attentiveness of staff to customers. All staff speak to you everytime they see you and are always will to help/assist in any way they can.
The close proximity to the casino, the peaceful clean rooms, the amenities. The very central location of everything
the entertainment etc.
What is there to complain about????????
